Ordered a used expensive (to me) lens over the internet from here. Very impressed with their honest descriptions, speed of ordering and shipping. They even list a phone number where most do not. Yes, they answer the phone as well. I could not be more pleased in doing business with these folks. The lens I received was exactly as described. I’m extremely pleased with my purchase. I have bookmarked this site for my future photography needs.

Extremely helpful staff! Purchased a used XZ-2 in great condition! Staff was quick to respond to my questions about the camera and send photos to confirm the operation. Shipping was fast and secure, and the camera arrived just as described. Camera was listed at a fair price.

Top notch customer service and very personable. Nathan was able to help me pick out the camera that had all the features I wanted for nature/travel photography within my budget. I can’t recommend this spot enough to photographers living or passing through west Michigan. They offer great products, non-condescending expertise and a personal touch.

What an amazing community resource thise business is. Nathan has been a huge help and support in multiple ways to my family. be it the perfect memory card for what we are using or, an extremely reasonable rental so we can try things before buying them. Did I mention they also make custom frames and so much more!

I’m on vacation and only found this place by accident as my wife had popped into one of the stores nearby, and I did make a point of saying that I was only there to browse as to be honest I can’t think of anything I really need camera wise and what I would like, something like a Sony 400-800 lens would not be sanctioned by the missus. Anyway, the welcome was fine and the lovely dog jumped up from behind the counter as if she was serving. It’s good to see an independent camera store like this as back home there are very few in the UK. This store seemed to selling a good amount of used stock as well as some new. Clearly they specialise in producing all sorts of prints and framing. I would certainly like some of those metal prints which they do so perhaps I will get something done for my next visit in a couple of months.

What a great experience! We brought in two 30-year-old wedding photos, one of which was damaged. They did an amazing job restoring and enlarging them with beautiful quality. They were so kind and helpful throughout the process. The finished photos made our wedding day even more special—thank you!
